Refund policy

Almost everything we sell is made to order just for you.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

We send a proof before we make your item. Please check names, spelling, dates, colors and sizes carefully. Once you approve the proof, custom items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or errors in the approved proof.

IF SOMETHING'S WRONG

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match your approved proof, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll remake it or refund you. Please don't send anything back until we reply.

TRANSFERS (DTF, SUBLIMATION, VINYL)

Transfers are final sale. If one arrives damaged or misprinted, send a photo within 14 days and we'll replace it. We can't cover problems caused by pressing (time, temperature or pressure).

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Digital files are non-refundable once delivered. If a file won't open, contact us and we'll resend it.

GIFT CARDS & SALE ITEMS

Final sale.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your proof. After approval, production has started and the order can't be canceled.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds go to your original payment method and may take a few business days to post.
